We have over 60 years of collective experience in the interior commercial construction and design industry. Rencher is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We provide construction services to the Charlotte Metro area and through out North and South Carolina.

Estimating and Budgeting
We seek bids from multiple sub-contractors partners in each trade to formulate your budget. After selecting the best sub-contractors for your specific project, we work to formulate our estimates and establish a working budget for your project.
We utilize Microsoft Project to coordinate the sequencing of the many steps of your project. In interior construction, the sequencing is key to the flow and successful completion of a project. The scope of work has to happen in a short turn period making it is essential to coordinate the timing of the sub-contractor’s schedules.
This is an analysis of the constructability of the project which allows for identifying design issues early on that could impact budget and project schedule. During the preliminary stages, we are able to identify potential problems such as long-lead items, code issues, and anything that would affect the schedule and budget.
We work to find comparable methods or products to maintain design intent while keeping the project within budget and schedule.

Rencher Construction Technology
The management and accounting of your project is handled in an integrated approach allowing manpower and costs to be tracked and accounted for during the entire length of your project. We utilize a single platform construction management software that allows us to track your project all the way through the process beginning with estimation work through your project closeout. It serves as a central hub allowing complete team-interaction with everyone working on your project including sub-contractors, architect, field superintendents, contractor, and the client. You, as the customer, will be allowed access to a team-link portal allowing you to see budget, permitting, and timeline information about your project. The benefits to the client are increased accuracy in determining and meeting project scheduling, costs and deadlines.
Safety isn’t just a word; it’s a fundamental part of our integrated approach to building your project. As part of our program we have brought on as service partner Safety Services of America, Inc., a risk management-consulting firm based here in Charlotte. Together with our consultants, sub-contractor partners, and material suppliers we create a safe working environment that ultimately benefits you the client.
Close Out Package
As a part of our service to our clients, we provide a final closeout package. The package will provide you with complete and accurate documentation of your project. You will also have the assurance that all financial obligations are fulfilled to our subcontractors and that your project is completed as designed and specified. This will give you peace of mind that your project was handled in a competent and professional manner and that your assets are fully protected.

Our turnkey Design Build Service takes clients from site selection to project completion. It is offered as a way to streamline the project process and control the budget.
