Mike has worked as an onsite supervisor for 28 years and brings extensive expertise to the job site.    An example of this expertise is the medical projects he supervised, few projects are more demanding; in terms of scheduling, timeliness, quality and cleanliness than a hospital operating suite being renovated in the 24/7 operation of a hospital. High end Class A office projects require a similar attention to detail of design and materials. Mike also brings his experience of retail, data centers and office/warehouse projects to Rencher.

As superintendent, Mike is responsible for project supervision, scheduling, cost control, directing the sub-contractors & vendors, managing site safety and interpretation of architectural plans.
