Wayne brings to the project, the experience of executing considerable Class A Upfit work over a 30 year career. This background encompasses personally overseeing the construction of projects ranging in size from multiple floors of a high rise building, to the individual tenants of multi-tenant floors. High end finishes, multiple client vendors and complicated IT needs, have all been integral components of the projects that Wayne has brought to successful completion.
